1. Overview
DesignX24 provides professional design and creative services worldwide. By using our Platform, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into binding agreements and that you agree to these Terms.
2. Accounts
To use certain services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and current information.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Be responsible for all activities under your account.
If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, notify us immediately.
3. Services & Subscriptions
We offer multiple subscription and service plans, each with different features. By subscribing, you acknowledge:
- Design Requests: You may submit design requests according to your plan’s active request limit.
- Revisions: Unlimited revisions are included until you approve the final design.
- Turnaround: Standard turnaround is typically 1–2 business days, depending on request complexity.
- Pause Option: You may pause your subscription and resume it within 12 months.
We reserve the right to modify service features, pricing, or limitations anytime.
4. Payments
- All payments must be made in advance through approved secure payment processors.
- Prices are displayed on the Platform and may change without notice.
- The Company is not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party payment services.
- Duplicate or accidental payments will be refunded according to the payment processor’s refund policies.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the high-effort nature of design services, refunds are generally not provided.
However, in exceptional circumstances, partial or full refunds may be granted at our sole discretion if requested within the first 30 days of a new subscription.
Refunds are not provided for:
- Completed work already delivered
- Change of mind
- Low usage of the service
6. Ownership & Intellectual Property
After full payment:
- All final approved design files become your property, and you may use them for any lawful purpose.
- Our internal files, design tools, source working files, custom internal templates, and production methods are not included, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All other content and trademarks on the Platform are the exclusive property of DesignX24.
7. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Submit illegal, hateful, defamatory, or infringing content
- Use the Platform for spam, malicious scripts, automated scraping, or unauthorized marketing
- Threaten, harass, or abuse any member of our team
Violations may result in account suspension or termination without refund.
8. Privacy
Your use of our Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described there.
9. Third-Party Links
The Platform may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for their content, security, or policies. Use them at your own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Platform and services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DesignX24 is not liable for:

11. Indemnification

12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violating these Terms or engaging in abusive or unlawful activity. No refunds will be issued for terminated accounts.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution (Global Use)
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which DesignX24 is legally registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute shall be resolved through binding online arbitration, conducted in English.
Each party shall bear its own legal costs.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Changes become effective when posted on this page. Continued use of the Platform means you accept the updated Terms.
